The Southeast Missouri Health Network, previously known as the New Madrid County Group Practice, opened in 1978 to provide health care in a critically under-served area.

We are a  Community/Migrant Health Center, partially federally funded by the U.S. Public Health Service to provide access to health care for the under-served, under-insured, low-income population in Southeast Missouri.

We are a nonprofit corporation governed by an elected Board of Directors and serving   the counties of Dunklin, Mississippi, New Madrid, Pemiscot, Scott, and Stoddard Counties. We offer a wide range of Quality Health Care Services and accept Medicaid, Medicare, Workman's comp and many private Insurance companies.

We also offer our sliding fee program to patients based on household income.  The sliding fee program also covers insured persons with high insurance deductibles.  The BCCCP (Breast & Cervical Cancer Control Project) is available to patients that qualify through the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.  For a sliding fee form click here
